Whether you have a little one celebrating a milestone, want to document pre/post deployment or you just want to be sure not to let this season of your life slip through your fingers we have options available for all families and budgets. Please see our 3 family collection options below as well as our maternity and newborn session options.
The chapter
The chapter is perfect for documenting pregnancy announcements, milestone birthdays or grabbing a quick family shot for your holiday card. With this collection we will meet at a local predetermined location for roughly 20 minutes to capture the best of that moment . This collection includes your favorite five Digital images from the session with the option to upgrade your gallery inclusions post session.
Limit of 4 people -Additional members $15 per person

the page
The page notes collection is perfect for documenting your immediate family,up to 5 people. With this collection we will meet at a local predetermined location for roughly forty-five minutes to capture your beautiful family just as you are. We will giggle, snuggle, play a few games and have the best time. This collection includes your favorite fifteen digital images from the session with the option to upgrade your gallery inclusions post session.
Limit of 5 people -Additional members $15 per person

the story
The story collection is exactly what it sounds like. Your families whole story. Not only will we giggle, snuggle and play but we will leave no precious detail untouched. With this collection we will meet at a local predetermined location for roughly ninety minutes to capture your beautiful family in a super laid back enviroment. This collection includes your entire completed digital gallery from the session (fifty+ images) with the option to upgrade with tangible inclusions, post session.
Limit of 6 people -Additional members $15 per person

There is just something about a gorgeous mommy glowing during her pregnancy. These sessions are ideal for capturing momma during this very special time in your life. Please choose the option that best fits your needs.
The Petite- This is a momma only session option that is roughly 25 minutes long and includes your favorite 7 digital images.

The Deluxe - This collection is fantastic for family maternity session where momma wishes to also include her spouse and/or kiddos. The deluxe session is roughly 45 minutes long and includes your favorite fifteen images from our session.

**Maternity sessions are best done within the 28-32 week of gestation range.However, these slots fill quickly so please do not wait until then to reach out.

That scrunchy button nose or the wiggly wrinkled feet.What about the pouty little lips? Those tiny newborn features are here one day and gone the next. Babies just don’t keep y’all! That brand new smell will quickly fade to met milestones and sloppy toddler kisses but your precious memories of this special time doesn’t have to. This brand new season of your life deserves to be beautifully captured for you to look back on for years to come, and lets’ face it when you’ve had a little more sleep ;) HKP offers two newborn package options to best suit everyones individual needs.
The Petite- This is a baby only session option that is roughly 45 minutes long, held in your home and includes your favorite 7 digital images.

The Deluxe - This collection is fantastic for documenting your entire family from the comfort of your home, with your brand new arrival. During our time together we will capture the family together as well as sibling shots, momma/baby, daddy/baby etc. The deluxe session is roughly 2-3 hours long and includes your favorite fifteen images from our session.

*Newborn session spaces are limited each month and are held based on your pregnancy due date. Sessions will take place in your home within the first 14 days of your little ones arrival. Homes located outside of our local travel area will incur a small travel fee, TBD based off of distance.

what’s next?
1. You’ve looked around and love what you see, but not sure what to do next?! Don’t stress!Simply reach out through our “contact” option below and I will walk you through the rest.
2. Once we have decide on the best date for your session, an online client portal will be established for you. This is where all things HKP will be stored so that everything is always easily accessible. To secure your session date you’ll need to log into your new client portal within 24 hrs to sign your session contract and complete your full payment invoice.Yup! that’s it! Once completed, you’re all set and we can begin to plan your session details!
3. Roughly two weeks following your session please be on the lookout for your completed proof gallery link to be emailed to you. All sessions are fully edited prior to delivery. You will have a specified timeframe of 7 calendar days to make your final selections (if selecting maternity, newborn or the first two tiered family package options)and submit them to me for download release. “The Story” clients will have the same timeframe to download your full galleries. Now all you need to do is sit back and enjoy your sweet families documented memories!!

I try and keep my family photography very natural, capturing the action as it happens, so it's lots of fun and not too much posing. I feel this will bring out the true character of your children and will also make the session more enjoyable.

Newborn sessions will always take place in your home. Family and maternity sessions can take place in your home, or a local outdoor location. Both rural and urban options are available.

Just before sunset. This time can vary throughout the year because of daylight savings. Newborn sessions are generally done in the mornings.

I check the weather multiple times a day, everyday. It’s almost like a weird obsession at this point. The reason for that is because the weather here in Texas is just so unpredictable. However, I will always be in touch the day of if there is a possibility of us needing to reschedule the session.

Yes, I will spend some time taking some relaxed portraits of you together as a family, as this can be an important record for you too. But I spend more time letting the action happen naturally and capturing the moments as they unfold.

I do a mixture, choosing what I think works best for each individual photo.

Following our session I will edit your full gallery and deliver the proofs via online gallery to you within 2 weeks. You then get to view the completed proof gallery and choose which ones you like best to include in your package.

Absolutely, if you decide afterwards you’d like to include all of the digital images in your proof gallery you can upgrade to the full gallery at that time.
